Just four years ago, our lives were completely different.
We were stuck in 9-5 jobs, with no clear direction. Jastej was at Walmart, working as a 'Store Standard' – a fancy term for pushing carts in the parking lot.
And Prab? He was in a warehouse at No Frills, juggling his job with the pressure of pursuing medical school, a path more about his parents' dreams than his own.
…To add to that, he had a knack for getting fired from every job in about three weeks.
Then came the day that changed everything for Prab.
The dreaded call from his manager, the predictable performance review, and the words 'we don't see a fit with you.'
At that moment, with tuition fees looming and the weight of his family's struggles on his shoulders, it felt like hitting rock bottom.
But it was more than just losing a job. It was a wake-up call. The realization hit hard.
Is this what I really signed up for? Is this really my purpose in life? Breaking my back for a minimum wage that barely lets me live, let alone dream?
…Where it was barely enough for me to afford simple pleasures like a weekly haircut or a meal at chipotle?”

The Realization
That's when the reflection kicked in.
We all look back to our childhood at times, right? |
Those days when we believed we could be anything – astronauts, explorers, innovators.
…But there I was, standing at a crossroads, feeling like those dreams were just that – dreams, unreachable and unrealistic.
Before you keep on reading, pause for a second.
Say to yourself, 'I am special.'
Remember, there's always hope.
This document and what it entails may not even be it for you but there is a wealth of opportunity in the world for you to live your life and be special.
If anything, this document here will allow you to hear out my story and get you aligned upon the right path.

Dropping Out Of University
Now during this time we both knew we were both working like “dogs” to get paid pennies.
We had no other choice because we both attended the top 2 universities in Canada and had to pay for our degrees.
Jastej was on my way to become a physiotherapist, whereas Prab was looking to work as an ER doctor.
But in the back of our minds, we knew we didn’t have to go to school to be successful.
Bill Gates dropped out after 3 semesters. Elon Musk has been quoted saying university is just for networking and partying.
On top of everything, the man that was behind the world's first trillion dollar company had to say this about school.
Steve Jobs said, “I naively chose a college that was almost as expensive as Stanford, and all of my working-class parents" savings were being spent on my college tuition.
After six months, I couldn’t see the value in it. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life and no idea how college was going to help me figure it out…
So I decided to drop out and trust that it would all work out okay. It was pretty scary at the time, but looking back it was one of the best decisions I ever made."
This realization was our turning point.
We knew school wasn’t the answer.
Even if we went on to become physios or doctors, we’re looking at a ceiling of around ~ $200,000 per year.
That's after grinding through years of schooling and then working upwards of 60 hours a week.
…And even if Jastej became a successful physio, the real money was in running the business, not just practicing.

‘What’s NOT going to change in the next 10 years?’
We thought to ourselves..
Is this what we really wanted to do?
Sacrifice all these years of our lives to get a job that requires 60+ hours per week where we still CAN’T travel or have location freedom?
We had this realization. We had to escape. We saw it first hand with our immigrant parents where they worked 40+ hours per week to maybe take one 7-day vacation after 2 years.
So, like many in our shoes, we turned to Google.
We scoured the internet for ways to break free and make money online.
Soon we came across an interview with Jeff Bezos where he said something that changed the course of our careers forever.
It was this one thing he said that just stuck out to us. He said:
“I very frequently get the question ‘what’s going to change in the next 10 years?’
…It's a common question. I almost never get the question
‘What’s NOT going to change in the next 10 years?’
…and I submit to you that the second question is actually the more important of the two because you can build a business strategy around the things that are stable in time.”

The Lightbulb Moment
That was our lightbulb moment.
We needed to find a problem that would persist, one that would be relevant for decades.
Our sights turned to real estate.
Why?
Because 90% of the world's millionaires have built their wealth through real estate.
It was crystal clear.
That was our lightbulb moment. We needed to find a problem that would persist, one that would be relevant for decades.
Our sights turned to real estate.
Why?
Because 90% of the world's millionaires have built their wealth through real estate.
It was crystal clear.
From an early age whenever we saw someone drive a fancy, expensive car, 9/10 times the owner happened to be in real estate.
We knew real estate was the answer.
We would spend countless nights researching ways to make money within real estate.
We knew we had to start a business in real estate.
However, within real estate there is Airbnb, real estate investing, wholesaling, selling real estate as an agent or flipping houses.
But here was our problem:
We were just 18-19 years old. We didn’t have any savings, we didn’t have credit, and no steady jobs. Banks wouldn't lend us money.
…And we couldn’t be real estate agents because we didn’t have licenses.
So now we had to think differently.
We started looking for unique ways to make money in real estate that didn’t involve buying or selling homes, airbnb, all that real estate “stuff”.
Around this time, we found a book called 'Zero to One' by Peter Thiel.
It says:
To be successful in business, you have to do something unique, something different.
Since we were searching for ways to make money online… we started getting bombarded by these ads from these online gurus pitching us the next big thing to make money online.
However, it was just the same old ways like dropshipping, affiliate marketing or Amazon FBA.

The Final Straw,
Then, we found something different, something that really caught our eye – two words: 'lead generation.'
It’s a concept almost as old as time…and this actually was already existing within the real estate industry already.
People were already running social medai marketing agencies helping real estate agents.
If you don't know what that is…it's just helping a business get more clients
I then thought to myself…
Why not apply this to real estate but apply a small twist upon the marketing agency model?
Now we came up with a plan to help realtors get clients online, but in a special way we call a 'marketing consultancy.'
One thing that made this idea great for us was how easy it is to find real estate agents on the internet.
They're everywhere. So, we had a lot of potential customers for our new business idea.
We thought to ourselves, “We must do this. This must work. There’s a 0% chance we wouldn’t be able to get clients.”
With this thought in mind, we took the plunge.
We approached a few real estate agents we personally knew and made them this offer in exchange for a fee.
The response? Way better than we expected.
They were all for it, eager for new leads.
And that's how our Real Estate Marketing Consultancy was born.
You might wonder, 'How is this different from a regular marketing agency?'
Here's the thing: a marketing agency often gets stretched thin as they take on more clients.
…But our consultancy? It actually gets better and stronger with each new client.

Growth Stage
In our first year, we made this much
By our second year, at just 20 years old, our earnings jumped to this.
And in our third year, they climbed even higher.
And the best part? We did all this without needing to be tech wizards, without fancy degrees, coding skills, or experience in real estate. We weren't licensed agents either.
This business has given us more than just financial success. We've been able to travel 6 to 8 times a year, living a life we once only dreamed of.
We now set forth on a mission to help others launch their own real estate marketing consultancies online to hit their first, $10k-$30k+/ month.
Why?
We realized that the real estate market was simply too big for us to serve with our own company and there's lots of room for others to come in and change their lives.
It was meaningful work but also a great business model and offer for us at generateagentleads.com.
