Aidan Jefferson ran a done for you, real estate lead generation agency that helped real estate professionals within Australia and New Zealand generate seller leads. Although Aidan was doing $70,000 per month on paper, the Profit & Loss statements showed a different story. The business was operating at 20% margins. This was heavily due to the low performing sales team and the increasing customer acquisition costs. Aidan was simultaneously running with the traditional agency model that negatively affected his profit margin. Motivated for change, Aidan jumped on board REMC Launchand some major changes were made. Aidan turned his traditional agency model into a marketing consultancy. This allowed for massive scale without hurting profit margins. Sales team was rebuilt from scratch with appropriate hiring, training, managing and scaling processes. On the marketing level, numerous strategies we learned from spending over 7 figures of our own money on marketing were applied.
